Warehouse Management System for Business Central (WMS) / formerly SNC Logistics
Your day-to-day business is our challenge.
Warehouse logistics is complex, dynamic and challenges companies every single day.
This is exactly where SIEVERS WMS comes in. Our approach is deliberately pragmatic: we know that the IT world is full of buzzwords – often loud, fast-moving, and not always linked to real added value.
What matters to us is what actually works in practice – because technologies are tools. That’s why we look at every feature through the eyes of warehouse staff: Does it help your teams? Does it make processes more stable? Does it save time or reduce errors? In short: We don’t talk about buzzwords. Our claim: We deliver solutions that make warehouse processes robust and efficient.
With over 35 years of experience and 150+ successful installations across Europe, SIEVERS WMS is the leading solution for Business Central.

„By implementing SIEVERS WMS and its integrated AutoStore connectivity, we have taken a major step toward automated intralogistics at STRACK NORMA. The close collaboration with the SIEVERS-GROUP and their professional support were instrumental in ensuring the long-term success of the project.“
„The processes in food logistics, and specifically the correct provisioning of goods, are highly complex and challenging: intense time pressure, varying temperature zones, and limited space. As general contractor, the SIEVERS-GROUP took on this task and—considering all factors for warehouse movements—developed and ultimately implemented an outstanding concept.“
„Thanks to our IT partner and consultant, the SIEVERS-GROUP, our IT specialists were involved in the project from the very beginning. The advantage: building expertise from day one. This made the transition significantly easier for us, allowing for a smooth go-live with both ERP and WMS—and now, no one even thinks about the old system anymore.“
„Our processes can be optimally controlled and monitored with SIEVERS WMS. Thanks to the seamless integration into Microsoft Dynamics NAV / Business Central, we can continue to work within our existing ERP system – an ideal solution for us.“
„From two, to one. This was the challenge SIEVERS-GROUP faced: moving from an interface-based solution with a third-party WMS and ERP in separate databases to a system where WMS (SNC Logistics) and ERP are integrated into a single database. Today, we manage everything with one system: from multi-order and single-order picking and batch tracking to mobile displays on forklift terminals and handheld devices (MDE).“
„The WMS has catapulted us into a new era!“

What SIEVERS WMS can do
Goods receipt
Goods receipt is the starting point for any efficient warehouse logistics. With SIEVERS WMS, the acceptance and inspection of incoming goods is carried out in a structured, secure and flexible manner -both at a stationary workstation and on the move, right at the unloading. Pre-notified goods receipts can be processed seamlessly.
Incoming items are palletized into storage units and recorded in the system. Load carriers can thus be created and GS1 standards are fully taken into account. GS1 data identifiers are scanned upon goods receipt and interpreted by the system, enabling the receipt of logistics units to be completed quickly and error-free with just a few scans..
During the process, quantity deviations, such as over- or under-deliveries,, as well as batches and serial numbers, can be recorded to ensure end-to-end traceability. Mobile goods receipt offers additional functions such as photo documentation directly at the truck, working with “blank barcodes,” and confirmation scans of already labelled storage units (SU) to ensure data quality from the very beginning.
If required, the goods receipt can also be carried out entirely on an order-by-order basis, for example for special orders. In this way, SIEVERS WMS adapts flexibly to your individual requirements and creates the perfect foundation for smooth warehouse processes.
Goods issue & dispatch
The goods issue and dispatch section forms the heart of all outbound goods movements. With SIEVERS WMS, you can plan and manage these processes efficiently, transparently and reliably. Stock removals and order picking can be created automatically, enabling orders to be prepared and initiated without manual effort.
Depending on requirements, various picking methods are available, optimally tailored to items, quantities and order structures. This allows processes to be precisely tailored to your individual requirements -from individual orders to high-volume dispatch operations. Subsequently, the goods are appropriately packed and the loading process is prepared and carried out with system support.
Thanks to goods issue planning, users always have an overview of all ongoing stock removals and their current status. This means bottlenecks are identified early, priorities are clearly managed and orders are processed on time.
SIEVERS WMS thus ensures a smooth and transparent goods issue process – from picking and packing right through to dispatch.
Multi-Order Picking
Multi Order Picking enables efficient order picking, in which multiple orders are combined and processed in a single round. The route-optimized, order-based grouping of items significantly reduces walking distances.. This leads to time savings and increased productivity in the warehouse. At the same time, picking quality is improved by SIEVERS WMS, because processes are clearly structured and system-supported.
The module is particularly suitable for companies with a high volume of small-item orders of up to around ten items. This is exactly where multi-order picking demonstrates its full potential: picking routes are significantly reduced, throughput times shortened and warehouse efficiency is sustainably increased.
Batch-Picking
Batch picking is a picking method in which items are initially grouped together in larger quantities regardless of individual orders. The pre-picked goods are then transported to a picking station, where they are assigned to the relevant customer orders. This significantly reduces the effort involved in picking, shortens lead times and noticeably increases overall efficiency in the picking process.
This picking method is particularly suitable for companies with high order volumes, where orders contain only a few – a maximum of five – items that are often identical. In such scenarios, the warehouse benefits considerably from item-based bundling: recurring items need only to be retrieved once, resulting in significant savings in both distance and time.
Assembly
SIEVERS WMS order assembly maps order-specific assembly processes directly within the warehouse. This includes both the picking of all required components and the booking in of the fully assembled units.
This function is designed for companies that carry out customer- or order-specific assembly processes in the warehouse and need to assemble components or sets individually for a specific order. SIEVERS WMS supports this approach by logically linking the individual steps and providing transparency throughout the entire assembly process.
Production supply
SIEVERS WMS production supply supports production and manufacturing companies to reliably provide materials, parts and components between the warehouse and production in line with demand. It maps all the processes that ensure the required materials are available at the right time, in the right quantity and at the right place on the production line or within manufacturing modules. This creates a continuous, transparent, and disruption-free flow of materials.
This function is aimed in particular at companies that require a precisely controlled supply of material within the manufacturing process. SIEVERS WMS ensures that production supply runs reliably, flexibly and efficiently at all times.
SIEVERS WMS Fulfillment
Fulfillment describes the complete outsourcing of logistics processes to a specialist service provider. This includes all steps from order receipt to storage and picking, right through to dispatch to the end customer. SIEVERS WMS maps this holistic process end-to-end and ensures that every step is coordinated with system support.
In addition to efficient packaging and dispatch preparation, fulfillment also includes returns management and reliable stock monitoring. The result is a seamless process along the entire supply chain, contributing to high customer satisfaction and maximum process reliability.
A particular focus is placed on the management of third-party stock. SIEVERS WMS Fulfillment enables the handling and management of goods that do not belong to the company itself. Value is created here through billable services – such as picking, packing, storage or dispatch.
This function is aimed at companies that operate as fulfillment service providers for external clients and need to manage stock that is not their own property.
